Manufactured boards

Manufactured boards are cheap, come in different sizes, and are what you order. There are different types of manufactured boards:

  • Plywood-This light and strong board is more or less thin sheets stuck together with the grain at 90 degrees to each other, this is also a popular board for many.
  • Chipboard-This board is basically chips of wood compressed together. Chipboard shouldn't be burnt, since the resin used in it's manufacture can be dangerous, or get wet, since it will swell up and distort. Clipboard is good for the enviroment, due to it being manufactured from recycled wood chips.
  • Stirling board-This board is cheap yet weak, usually used to board up window frames.
  • MDF-Available in different thicknesses

I should never have bought...

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer for the Playstation 2, it’s not exactly the greatest game in the history of video games. I bought this game purely out of the fact that I enjoy playing marvel comic video games, such as Marvel Ultimate Alliance, upon starting the game, I knew that the story would have some differences from the movie, but in the PS2 and Wii, the story was completely rewritten, and is hardly anything like the movie in the slightest.

On top of that, the level design is probably one of the most repetitive in my video game collection, it goes sort of like this: you start the level, fight a group of enemies, go through a door, fight another group of enemies, use one of the characters abilities to open another door, fight ANOTHER group of enemies, use an elevator, finally fight the boss for the first time, boss runs away, fight ANOTHER group of enemies, go through another door, fight the boss a second time, boss runs away again (what a coward), go through ANOTHER door, fight ANOTHER group of enemies, through ANOTHER door, fight the boss a third and final time and end the level.

The graphics are modest, though could’ve been better, enough said there.

So all in all, the makers of this game didn’t a lot of effort into this game, even Sonic the Hedgehog for the Xbox 360 and PS3 was better designed. I hardly even play this game anymore now, so I’m thinking of selling it and buying something better.
